"We had an issue with our first room with the humming noise. Wasnā€™t a problem because they moved us found us a much better room even bigger. The hotel staff was beyond wonderful especially Donna and the managers. I canā€™t say enough about them. The only advice is to the hotel you might want to upgrade those pool towels. I think itā€™s definitely time! Have been to this hotel in the past and will continue going. Thank you again for this stay!!!"
