Snakedance Condominiums
8/10 Good
"The check-in process was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Before our arrival, I received an email and text message with a code to retrieve our room keys from a lockbox. Unfortunately, the information I was sent was not intended for us. We unknowingly entered a room that appeared to already be occupied, which was both embarrassing and concerning. When I returned to the front desk to explain what had happened, the gentleman working there was rude and made me feel as though the mistake was my fault. He then realized we had been given the wrong envelope and exchanged it for the correct room keys and parking passes. Earlier, I had specifically requested more than one parking pass, but he told me one would be enough. Since I had been given the wrong envelope in the first place, there was no way for me to know anything was incorrect. I was also disappointed by how my husband’s service dog was handled. Before our stay, I called to confirm that service dogs were allowed. However, when we arrived with the dog, the front desk employee questioned my husband and then said, “I guess I’ll have to take your word.” I found that comment inappropriate and disrespectful. People with legitimate service dogs should be treated with professionalism and respect.Overall, the check-in process was disorganized, and the customer service we received made an already stressful situation much worse. Other than the issues during check-in, our experience was wonderful. "
