We loved the fact that Paula and Michelle jumped right in on any questions we had or help we needed- maybe not be so forward with the tip envelope I mean if guests stay more then one nite then they should tip house keeping however a one nite stay which is not even 24 hours shouldn’t be pushed into the tip envelope ."
