"I tried to cancel for 2 days as I had car trouble not permitting me to proceed to Butte, MT. I tried online to cancel, called the hotel directly to cancel. Neither one of us could get through to make a cancellation. What a joke. They should at least issue a rain check. Horrible rip off experience."

"My room had a very stale smell. 2 of my pillows smelled like dirty stinky hair to the point I had to remove them from the bed they smelled so foul. Makes me assume pillow cases not changed between guests. The towels once wet had a smell so that I didn’t want to dry off my clean body with them. And to top it all off…the toilet had marks in the bottom from a previous guest’s bowel movement when I checked in. So gross!! I have stayed at this location multiple times & have never seen it as dirty as it was this time. And for over $200 a night. It’s ridiculous to have such poor cleanliness. Front desk staff very friendly when checking in & out."

"Our stay was frustrating from start to finish. We changed rooms twice due to no connectivity for the tv, the second room had a bad (toilet) smell and the bathroom was locked from the inside. In addition the hallway smelled of weed and cigarettes. The third room was noisy due to thin walls, doors slamming due to them not being self-closing, and we were woken up in the morning by an incessantly barking dog left alone in the adjoining room. We notified the front desk after 10 minutes and the dog was still barking non-stop when we left 45 minutes later. A full refund would not even begin to compensate for such a bad experience, but it would be a start."

"If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and unwind in nature this is definitely the place to do so. So beautiful and such an adorable cabin to do so in. The host was fantastic the entire way through from the booking of our stay to the day we left. Would definitely recommend this stay."

"This was an extremely pleasant hotel! The breakfast was fantastic with more options than I have ever seen at any continental breakfast! I really loved how many of the suites surrounded the pool with room pool deck areas to relax. Amazing for the cost!"

"First the positives. 1 was easy to find 2 room was clean Now for the negatives. 1 place is run down 2 hall ways and other areas were not clean. 3 room had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. When I asked for more towels and wash clothes guy at the front desk (I think was the owner) said house keeping was on break and would bring them later. Never did get them. 4 “free” breakfast had slim pickings. Enough cold cereal for 1 bowl no batter for the waffles, enough apple? Juice for 1 small child. Etc. 5 scariest was I accidentally put my keycard in the door next to ours and it opened their door! I will not be returning."
