"First part of our stay. We loved this hotel we spent Xmas eve and Xmas day until the the 29th.
It gets extremely busy from boxing day!!
Maggie at reception really stood out to my family such a excellent check in experience!
My kids love this hotel, slide amazing cool game room (needs a few other things)
Building room is great, playroom was too young for y children. Movie slots in English would be appreciated.
Our room was perfect for 5 of us and we will definitely be back. Breakfast is great extremely busy. Dinner one night was excellent but once is enough.

"What a fabulous hotel. On arrival staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless with lovely amenities. It was really nice to have a room overlooking the attrium and it was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was great, a large range of food choices and really nice to have teapots to make fresh tea in too.

"Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely stunning architecture on the exterior, interior design is something out of a movie - just exceptionally nice. Flawlessly clean, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, staff was beyond nice. AND it’s not that expensive. This is a 5 star level hotel for the price of a less than desirable hotel back in the states.
Info indicates it may be walking distance to the main part of the city - it is not. But you can walk for 10 minutes and hop on the tram very easily.
Overall an amazing experience. "
