"Al llegar, la reserva no estaba realizada, pese a que se canceló con tarjeta nos tocó pagar en efectivo nuevamente. Ofrecen desayuno incluido en la aplicación y al llegar a restaurante nos indicaron que debíamos pagar el desayuno. Pésima organización de parte del gerente o propietario. Al final del día nos dijeron que ese no era el establecimiento que reservamos, que justo tenia su nombre, su foto y su ubicación pero que no eran ellos. Nada recomendable, ni por el bajo costo."

The owner answered her message by cancelling the reservation because he stated the price was too cheap. One of the worst experiences in this trip. I have travelled many years with Expedia BUT this last trip has been horrible. Expedia why to you VRBO? Worst decision ever!!!"

"They were not ready for our arrival. The hotel was locked behind bars when we came. They let us wait for additional 30 min to explain that we prepaid for the room. They still wanted us to pay. No water for drinking. The bathroom was clogged."

The property and rooms were immaculate, any request was attended to immediately. We extended our stay as we were so pleased. They take customer service to the next level, great job 🙌"
