"Upon arrival I found the room to be really dirty, only one towel, the television wasn’t working, no toilet seat, a dry loogy in the sink, and the walls had what looked like boogers on it, so I went to request another room and the clerk did switch me. She took me to another room and she had me check to see if the toilet seat was good and I agreed. "In spite of a lick of paint here and there the hotel was as I expected having stayed there before. The room was very large with a comfortable seating area and a very comfortable queen sized bed. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a nice temperature. Food was available on the 5th floor in a clean and tidy dining room and we were served by pleasant staff. Reception staff were very polite and friendly and could not be faulted…happy and smiley at all times."
