"Hotel smelled amazing immediately walking through the door and stated that way through the hallways and rooms. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping stayed mopping the lobby to ensure it remained spotless and dry at all times. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The rooms and facility is dated but also not wonderfully kept. For example, uneven, filled in putty in spots, flooring with gaps. The breakfast was very good for the price. The chef was extremely attentive. Regardless of the aging of the facility, we enjoyed our experience."

"directly across from a huge mall puts the Sheraton in a great location. Easy parking in the garage at the hotel. A good bar inside with great staff members employed throughout the hotel. Nice spacious rooms."

"While I overnighting in Baltimore, I had the fine experience of staying in a hotel on the Harbor by Harborplace, Pier 5, which is also it's location, all in wonderful shape, clean as a whistle, and great accomodations on the Harbor. Great rooms, beautiful artwork in the lobby and throughout the hotel. It's got it all, including 2 top national steak and seafood restaurants on either side of it. I've got a new place to stay in Baltimore now. And super reasonable as well!!!"
