"The hotel was clean. I never figured out the hot water, so took cold shower. Don't know if there wasn't any hot water or I didn't wait long enough for it to be hot. Hotel staff not very friendly. Breakfast was scrambled egg w/ white toast and coffee. Milk for coffee was curdled. We paid $66. The hotel didn't have our reservation, so I was glad to have reservation printed out from internet. The cost of rooms at the desk was slightly higher. It was not worth the $66.00 paid, but it was not...

"Very bad. First I could not find the hotel, the phone number is incorrect and the directions were wrong. Then they did not respect the price booked with hoteles.com asking for a surcharge for paying by card. I checked-in at night and their kitchen was only available for lunch, I hado to go out and the neighbourhood is not nice. The next day I went down stairs for breakfast (included in the reservation) and they let me know they dont do breakfast, and that was a mistake on the page. "

"Clean, nice staff, great breakfast restaurant attached to the hotel. The area is a little outside the tourist area (mlwecon & las penas) but a quick 5$ taxi away.. Good AC and hot shower. Excellent WiFi also. Great value for short stay!"

"It is a convenient hotel very close to the airport, it is in an alley so it is not noisy. Staff is friendly and helpful as they quickly got us a cab to go to the airport. Our only problem was getting the shower to warm up, apparently there is a trick but we never got it."
