My wife was unwell for most of the 12 days but they looked after us so well. Was stuck in bed for 4 days and in room 6 days.

"The rooms are pathetic..very tiny and ill maintained. The only good thing is the sea view. But you have to enjoy it from a tiny balcony.

"Smith Hotel is an old hotel that is walking distance to a metro station (Ganjlik). There is a Grandmart supermarket nearby open 24 hours, and there is a KFC just downstairs. It is actually a crowded area with some schools and a busy street. My room was facing behind the building so it was not noisy. I think the front desk was not as sensitive to my needs as they were supposed to be. I called them regarding the TV remote not working properly and the fridge not being cold enough. I honestly...

"We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend...

"To be fair, I didnt expect much but it was a very very very good stays. One of the best I had for a business trip. The reception allowed me to do an early check in, Elvira has been fantastic bringing me lots of water everyday. The location is decent. Everyone was super friendly and the price quality ratio was super super good. Recommended and will come again. "
