Hugo was present all the time to answer questions or open a door for me. The rooms are air conditioned but not the common areas. The shared kitchen was basic but had everything I needed including a coffee maker, stove and fridge.

"We stayed here and did two of the Maya Walk tours. It’s very close to the pickuo point. It’s an Inexpensive, unassuming, tidy and comfortable place. Hugo was present all the time to answer questions or open a door for me. The rooms are air conditioned but not the common areas. The shared kitchen was basic but had everything I needed including a coffee maker, stove and fridge.
The price is right.

"Monkey Falls was set in a lovely location right in the jungle. It was quiet and relaxing. We were shown around Rod’s farm which was very interesting. The kitchen makes lovely home made food, including breakfast, which we ate every day. Tours can easily be booked from there and they will pick you up. It’s a short taxi ride from town. All in all a nice place to stay if you want to relax and you like jungle and wildlife."

The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I mentioned that the initial bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. They promptly exchanged it for us, and the new bed made a significant difference in our comfort.
Aside from that, the atmosphere was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and willingness to ensure guests have a pleasant...
