"The staff. Had wonderful thoughtful service once I entered the hotel. Ross was the first who helped and was very helpful in my checking process. Then Danielle which was so helpful in helping with my room a d made helpful ideas with my disability. Once I saw her I had remembered seeing her previously when I stayed. Just as thoughtful, personable put customer first mentality sweet person ever. A good representative for you Hotel. Then the next day I stayed Shay totally the same Ora about her, very helpful as well. Wonderful wonderful staff. "

"We had a quick one night stay that was perfect for what we needed. This hotel is conveniently located near pretty much anything you need and is quaint making the transition from parking lot to room to breakfast to pool etc very easy! Shout out to Nani who was extremely polite upon arrival and allowed us to check in a smidge early when our travel plans changed. Overall the rooms were clean and had the amenities we needed. "

"The room was very clean, it did take me a moment to figure out the thermostat. So maybe some directions on the wall, because i didn't know it was a thermostat initially. The only thing that could have improved my stay was fresh flowers, when it is the summer season. I VERY much appreciate the staff letting me check in early. It was a great convenience for me."
