"熊本市の中心街へのアクセスがとても良く、ホテルは新しく、セルフチェックイン/アウトもとても便利でアメニティも充実してました。熊本市は水が美味しく安全に飲めるようですし、このホテルはさらに浄化した水を提供してますので沸かしたお湯で飲むお茶やコーヒーも美味しかったです。ホテル内も周辺も静かで快適な睡眠がとれました。電源が多く取れるのもプラスです。欲を言えば小さいデスクがあればもっといいです。初めての熊本滞在にあたり、このホテルを選んで正解でした。"

"El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Nos facilitaron una báscula para pesar maletas .Tuvimos que usar un parking con convenio ya que el coche era más alto que el techo(cuidado), el encargado del parking estaba preocupado por si nos perdiamos. La habitación era conveniente, más grande que lo normal del país. Los baños estaban algo viejos, oxido alrededor de sanitarios. En la planta 3 había lavandería, al llegar olía bastante a tabaco."
