They made us feel welcome and responded to any requests we had, such as arranging transportation, tours and providing information on our visits to town. The breakfast were delicious and there was always a supper special as well as a complete menu. The beach was sandy and well kept. The fresh water pool and the salt water pool were clean and enjoyable. We would highly recommend the Peppercorn Beach for anyone looking for a relaxing...

"Right in grand world we were a block from the gondola canals! Greeted with tea and hospitality there was only 2 rooms on our floor so cute! They had painted birds all over the place and breakfast was included both days with lots of options. They helped us with transfers to/from the airport and that was a lot less stress than trying to find a free bus with luggage. Very glad we picked this hotel."

"Rooms were big and spacious with a nice ocean view and balcony. Pool overlooking the ocean was amazing. Bathroom was decent sized. No freezer, only fridge but was ok to keep our drinks cold. A good selection for breakfast. A 2-3 minute walk uphill to get to the Main Street but then you had everything there. Very convenient, would definitely recommend. My only negative was the wind was quite strong and our balcony door kept banging which woke me up. Other than that, definitely value for money. "

"Als erstes sollte man erwähnen, dass das Hotel noch nicht in Gänze fertiggestellt ist/war. Wir waren so ziemlich mit die ersten Gäste. Unser Zimmer ist noch unbewohnt gewesen.
Auf den ersten Blick ist es eine sehr schöne Anlage, allerdings ist dort leider "Fusch" am Bau betrieben worden. Die Fuscherei ist leider überall zu erkennen.

We couldn't note for our honeymoon on the booking, but so surprised that Ha moved us to another room with honeymoon set up quickly.. so warm greeting from her. We had videos and photos shooting in their beautiful beach, swimming pool and Sandle Spa. We had to extend 2 more nights here to discover the island and we rent a motorbike to travel around... Because of taking photos on the day before we check out so we didn't have time for...

Lo único q no estaba tan bien, sin tener q ver con el hotel, era q las playas principales de Phu Quoc no están muy limpias, pero la del hotel impecable.

The owners run a cadet ship for young people to learn about working in the hospitality industry during the quiet season so the odd hiccup. The breakfast that was included was at another Lotus hotel, just a 5 minute walk but they also provided a golf cart ride there. The breakfast had about 10 choicest, which was good, but no coffee etc included, just a glass of water. The staff were nice and helpful knew some English. When we booked it included 2 tickets on the cable car to the island with the water park. So a huge saving on the price. A great deal."
