Excellent hotel with great service. We were taken aback by the time limit at the pool, especially since we were the only ones there and we never actually got in the pool, but we also understand that many high end hotels have such a limit in South Korea. It just felt a bit strange to get kicked out when we were just sitting on a chair. Otherwise, if being limited to an hour at the pool isn't an issue for you, I would highly recommend this hotel. Everything else was perfect.
Great lodging experience. As an American traveler, the shower was different from home, but I recognize that is due to visiting a hotel on the other side of the world, and not a shortcoming. I had an excellent experience. The location was adjacent from the Busan train station, which was very convenient. However, if you want to go to the popular beaches, you will need to arrange transportation.
My wife and I were pleasantly surprise with the overall appearance of the hotel. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. While we only spent 7 hours in the hotel, we were impressed with what we experienced. The staff spoke very good English, and they were very helpful and friendly, We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the Busan-Gimhae Airport. View was amazing - looking at sunrise in bed. Good food (breakfast and dinner), but dinner dishes were a little sweet to my taste. Very accessible from the central and western part of Busan.
The hotel is well-situated on the large beautiful ground in a park like setting and well equipped with a bakery, Starbucks, Lotteria, Korean style Chinese restaurant. Cafeteria style Buffett all in the same building which helps a lot in rainy day, you don’t even have to leave hotel and be self-sufficient.

Large room with nice ocean view and amenities on upper floor and conveniently located near elevator. Room was very quiet. Bathroom was also very large; however, the entire floor would get wet when using the shower.

We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn Busan Station No. 1. They were willing to go above and beyond to check us in late, and the room worked well for us. We found the staff to be very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was awesome for value, especially since it is free! I will say that it is not a normal American buffet breakfast, but the food was really delicious, and the environment was perfect for getting ready to go out and experience Busan. We would most certainly stay here again!
This stay was perfect for my friend and I because of how much we had planned and traveled around Busan. It is very close to the airport which made traveling to Jeju an easy experience. The staff was fantastic, so nice, and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Busan.
Great hotel! The staff was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and helpful, and the room itself was beautiful! I loved that there was an air filter in the room. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the room was so quiet that I was able to sleep in (without even having to use earplugs)! It was also within easy walking distance of Choryang Subway Station. I would, without a doubt, stay here again!
