I contacted security in the middle of the night several times only to get no answer. At 5 am I walked to the booth to find the night security guard sleep on the floor( Maintenance still did not show for several hours) The day security was amazing. He made sure you were very comfortable and went above and beyond to do so. Housekeeping was also great...

"We enjoyed our time at Puri Pandawa, especially the lovely gardens & swimming pool. Our room was comfortable & clean. The resort is away from the hustle & bustle of much of Bali, in an area that is just being developed. The staff were very helpful & the shuttle bus to the beach was handy. Food was good & reasonably priced. There are only 2 small shops nearby where you can get water & snacks, so we had most meals at the resort."
