"Check-In was slow. There was a problem with the reservation and they blamed Expedia but I did have the Expedia guarantee number. The pool and hot tub though advertised on their website were not available as they said it was not in season. Many lights in room did not work. Sink clogged room phone not working. There was an issue in the hallway outside our room of people fighting. We were unable to call the desk or get security. They continued this behavior off and on throughout the night. To leave our hotel room we would have to have confronted this group."
