"Everything was great until I realized after arriving home that I left my bag of charging cords and Roku in my room. House keeping never turned them in to the front desk. My fault for leaving them, but when housekeeping doesn’t turn stuff in that’s left behind, tells me to be very careful having housekeeping enter your room while staying there. That just says that the staff cannot be trusted. Interpret that as you will. "

"The sink plugged and would not drain. We notified staff several times at front desk in person. The drain was never fixed or the room attended to. For a two night stay we did not have a sink to use. Also our room was never cleaned or fresh towels. This situation was reported to the front desk staff at check out. We were given verbal apologies, but charged full price. My request for compensation or discount was totally denied. Yes we did get to sleep in a bed, but that was it . WHAT WILL BE DONE FOR US NOW THAT YOU KNOW. We paid a lot for a room and were totally inconvenienced. Also on there was no breakfast on day 2 of our stay. It was Mother’s Day and we were told there was staffing issues. They offered luke warm coffee and plastic packaged muffins. PLEASE RESPOND"

"The hotel was close to the airport and pretty good price for just spending a few hours there before a flight. Got in the shower at 430 IN THE MORNING and realized there were no towels except a hand towel. Checked everywhere. Called the front desk who told me where they were. They were not! An unfriendly man came to the door and brought a towel. No wash cloth, nothing, and NO APOLOGY. Here."
