"El mejor Hotel de la isla sin duda alguna, en calidad de servicios, instalaciones, playa privada, limpieza,,comidas excelentes con una gran variedad ,esta a unos kilometros de la ciudad y al aeropuerto pero ofrecen bus gratis variad veces al dia ..a destacar en personal el Manager Sr Alvaro ( Español) una persona siempre al servicio de los clientes ayudando en todo lo posible para disfrutar al maximo de la isla..

"The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok. "

"Lo que no me gusto fue el check-in, tuve que esperar y no estaba muy clara del procedimiento, me dijeron que me sentara el en sofa a esperar.
En general el resort esta en buenas condiciones, el buffet del desayuno es buenisimo, el persona super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Ofrecen un servicio de taxi que por 600 mil dongs te lleva a los puntos turisticos de la isla."

"Hotel is correct, nothing special. Breakfast is repetitive and hotel prices for drinks or meals are the same as in Europe for example. But the worst part is that around the hotel there is nothing. Just dust and buildings to be built. No UBER or GRAB on the island, so be ready to pay full taxi fares."

"5/5 en todo. Lugar idílico y bien cuidado. Habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y acogedoras. En nuestro caso salías directamente a la playa, un lujazo. Personal muy amable. Puedes hacer de forma gratuita kayak, snorkel, tenis y bicicleta. El desayuno muy bueno. Sin duda muy recomendable, la habitación te permite desconectar absolutamente de todo… Es como un paraíso. Además te llevan de forma gratuita al aeropuerto."
