"I arrived after midnight, after a horrible long flight with food poisoning, exhausted and tired. The lady who checked me in was incredibly nice and welcoming, despite the late hour. I slept like a baby in a very quiet room. Woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and HUNGRY (after not being able to eat anything for almost 24hrs). The breakfast buffet did not disappoint, and I hope there was still food available for the other guests after I was done! :)"

Hotel has great vibe, bar and games on ground floor. The Asian food restaurant was delicious with great cocktails, spa relaxing and staff were friendly and welcoming"

* Trams right outside the hotel quickly get you to most places you'd want to visit within minutes
The "to be improved":
* The check in was confusing. I messaged the property before my stay aboutate checkout and confirmed the timings yet the staff had no recollection of it and said they don't do it. When I asked someone else I got slightly conflicting advice
* The dinner buffet in the restaurant was comically bad (I don't know if it was because it was a quiet evening or something but terrible!). Swedish meatballs with no sauce? Nachos with no cheese!???
* Sheets in our bedroom were not changed unless we specifically requested it, and cups were not changed either
* They suddenly stopped giving complimentary guest passes to the park, which was news to us when we arrived "
"This hotel is very well located, near everything. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend the breakfast buffet… lots of choices, great food and excellent coffee and espresso drinks and juices."
"The bed had a mattress topper that moved around. I thought the room would be bigger. My allergies seemed to get worae at night not sure if it was the air conditioning. I really liked the sound proofing the best of any hotel i have stayed in. Staff very pleasant excellent English. The room was clean"
"A really good location, next to the metro station. The room was comfortable enough, although the mattress on the bed was well worn. Sparse provision of tea /coffee in room. No English Breakfast tea available in the hotel at the time of staying.
The breakfast was plentiful and good, but the restaurant resembles a very busy ikea setting and is frenetic at times. The waitresses in the restaurant are delightful, but we did not like the supervisor insisting on setting up neighbouring tables for dinner half an hour before breakfast was due to finish."
"Upon arrival, I was told that my room was not available. My booking was not in the system. Even though it was active on the app on my end. To make a long story short.
I was told no room was available.
I asked to speak with the manager, I was a room was found but hidden in the system, if I wanted this room I had to pay an up charge of approximately 110 dollars more than my original booking.
I then asked to speak with the manager. He finally came out and was able to find a room . As far as I know I wasn’t up charged. The property is clean, the bed was comfortable. I could not with good conscience recommend this property after what happened to me."
"Fabulous location if going to or from Gothenburg via train or bus. Many trams outside the building for traveling around Gothenburg. Elegant hotel; our room had wonderful windows."
