Cold room and unable to regulate temperature. Breakfast resevartion did not work even though it was included in the price, so no breakfast. Cleaning staff disturbing several times hours before check out almost harrasing one to leave. One star for the smiling reception worker, that’s it.

Vi bodde i två rum och fräscha badrum var den enda ljuspunkten. I övrigt var skicket under all kritik: väggfast inredning som hängde löst, ersatta möbler som inte passade hålen i väggen, löshängande sladdar, klibbiga golv och spotlights som lossnat från taket. Korridorerna luktade instängt och unket, som om textiltvätt vore ett okänt begrepp för städpersonalen. Läget är genuint bra, centralt och praktiskt. Men det kompenserar inte för ett underhåll som verkar ha pausat för ett decennium sedan. Vi återvänder inte om det inte är absolut nödvändigt.
