"This is a nice hotel to stay at when you need to catch a flight. Easy walk, on the same floor, from the arrival area to the hotel. Although the lobby is big, congested and a bit confusing, it becomes quiet and pleasant once in the room. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable.
There are many dining options on the bottom floor of the Haneda Airport Garden which is connected to the hotel.
The buffet breakfast at the VF Grand hotel was very good with lots of selections."
"Very well-maintained hotel located in the heart of Umeda. Highly recommended for those planning to travel to nearby cities during their stay. It’s also a great place to stay if you plan on doing a lot of shopping.
The only downside was a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom. During our stay, the hotel did notify us that they were cleaning the drains, so it may have been related to that."
"Excellent location, in the middle of Shinjuku, near different train / metro station exit. There is an airport bus terminal next building.
The staff is helpful and polite.
As this is a multi-storey hotel (27 floor), there are lots of guests going up and down. Please make sure to reserve time to check out. (The hotel has kindly notice in advance)"
"Property was great with way access to metro station. Clean and modern. Staff was friendly and overall a very nice place. The only drawback was the matchbox size rooms. Even by Japanese standards it seemed tiny. Otherwise 5 star"

"Amazing hotel, great service at a great price, located near major stations to get everywhere in Tokyo quickly. Amenities were restocked daily. Only issue was the washer/dryers. Not enough of them plus they do not dry your clothes if you have a large load of clothes. Otherwise, amazing, would stay here again."
