"The property is brand new, and everything in the unit is in excellent working condition. The room is spacious and comfortable. It’s conveniently located just a 10–15 minute walk from Riverside Market, where you’ll find a wide variety of great dining options. It’s not exactly an apples-to-apples comparison, as there are far fewer options in national park areas. However, out of the seven properties we stayed at on the southern NZ island, this one offers the best overall value."

"The lady in the reception wasn't very helpful 😕 the room was good and very spacious just the location we weren't happy about, underneath the stairs, cars blocked the path for our trolley with our heavy luggage on it. We used to ask the reception to allow us to leave our heavy luggages in the storage or in looks like small meeting room next to the reception area. That's where we're allowed to put our luggages. But that time we weren't allowed as apparently it is full. i saw it wasnt. The lady wasn't helpful. 😔😔 the lady who took us to the airport was very nice. "

"Fantastic place to stay with it being centrally located to Christchurch and a short walk to the new Stadium that will be opening very soon. The staff at check in and check out were wonderful. The cook to order breakfast was fresh and tasty every day of our stay.We would highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Christchurch "

"Staff were friendly, even got offered a bbq sausage when we arrived! Restaurant on site which was great. Walked to a concert we were attending which was only about 10-15mins away so very handy!"

"Clean room very comfy, I could see sunrise from my window. No air conditionar but there was a fan. I was traveling in March so I didn't need the fan. Tidy and neat. Helpful staff. "
