Front desk person Magnus (the Magnificent) was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. From finding a screwdriver to use to recommending ways to book activities, he was the brightest spot among many bright spots. The hotel was incredibly well appointed and grand in appearance. The breakfast spread was fantastic.
The location of this hotel is AWESOME!! You can walk to so much!! And the Oslo Pass (museum fees and pubic transportation are covered) is the way to go for getting everywhere else and there is a stop a short 2 blocks away. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Excellent apartment in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and several commercial districts as well as the phenomenal Frogner Park. I would highly recommend staying here.
Everyone at the front desk was patient and helpful. Breakfast was healthy and yummy. The rooms are cozy, and loved having a balcony with a peek of the sea. Used it to dry our wet clothes :) there’s no AC, but the front desk provided us a fan which cooled the room for the night. Would stay here again!
Just a three-minute walk from the central train terminal was perfect for our travel needs. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and helpful staff.
