This may be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. First of all, I love history and so you are staying where King Charles II had his castle. Secondly, the breakfast was amazing. Third, the rooms had beautiful chandeliers with high ceilings. And finally the wellness area had a lovely sauna room. The hotel was so close to all the picturesque spots. We will be back!
We absolutely loved our time at Hotel de Castillion. Every detail is thought of. The owners/staff are amazing, so helpful and really took care of us. The room was beautiful as are the grounds. Having breakfast in the cellar was such a fun experience. We enjoyed a bottle of champagne in the courtyard and it was like a fairytale.
Quay17 is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The room was beautiful with a view of the canal. It had a large bathroom with both a shower and tub . Everything is very modern. They have a delicious breakfast. The owners, Hans and Tamara are extremely nice and helpful. Quay17 is an incredible place with two the kindest B&B owners I’ve ever met. Amazing hotel. We had a lovely first floor corner room with direct views of the canal. Gorgeous window on two sides opened fully for wonderful evening breezes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
