Great option for close proximity to the airport. Very nice for the price - newly remodeled with the decor you see in typical 4 star properties. Very clean, quiet and super comfortable.

We would like to appreciate the excellent service we received at front desk since our flight from Ireland was early and our rooms were not ready yet. The front desk expeditiously attempted to have the rooms ready as soon as possible, and they did! The rooms were clean and huge. And the buffet selections were impressive. The free shuttle service to the airport was a plus. We will surely use this hotel once we come back to Amsterdam again!

This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly. There are not shops on site, but the hotel has a wonderful free shuttle service to and from the airport, where you can get food, souvenirs or just people watch! It was a good choice to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was afraid to stay here because there were many negative reviews. However, I was actually surprised at how cleans and comfortable it was. The staff was friendly. And there is a major bus station that can take you anywhere in Amsterdam. I will definitely return because it’s a good value for the money.

Lovely upscale hotel with amazing amenities including a fitness center, spa services, large pool and sauna, delicious restaurants, and pure comfort and space in the room. Coffee machine in the room, pillow menu, bath amenities. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the metro station to get to the city center or anywhere around Amsterdam. My only minor complaint was that the tv remote was covered in some questionable gunk and was definitely not cleaned.

Clean room nice staff amazing breakfast but it’s a bit of a walk to the bus station. But otherwise it was an excellent experience!

The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was very comfortable and I decided to take the breakfast which is a marvelous spread of different foods. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 10 nights. All the staff members were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was great...nice variety of foods to choose from. The omelette station was a big hit with my daughter - thank you to the chefs and the rest of the breakfast staff! The closeness of the hotel to the Amsterdam’s RAI station was very convenient. I have stayed in several different hotels in Amsterdam. This is the best hotel for the average person -- noting I am sure there are some nicer hotels that would cost $400 a night. This hotel is perfectly located between the Museum Quarter, the old section, next to Rembrandt Square, very close to the mile long walking mall, near other great shopping streets. All the rooms are different which makes them interesting. Comfortables beds, though pillows could be softer. Free bottle of champagne in suite was nice surprise. Loved the tea and pressed coffee set up in room for mornings or chilly afternoons. A steamer in the closet is better than ironing board. Room was quiet for outside noise, but some mechanical noises but not awful. Room service was good and Janz was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Area around hotel was great boutique shopping. Would recommend great staff easy access to all tourist sights

Everything was perfect. Property is beautiful and staffs are kind. I enjoyed fitness and sauna too. The only drawback is checkout time at 11am is a bit too early. Hope it is 12pm.
