"Parking was easy and secure. AC cooled the room. The property outiside is beautiful. However, the rooms need a definite refurbishment. "

"When we arrived front desk lady checked us in and told us the room was not ready. We asked if we could leave our luggage our tour was about to leave. She said yes but was not happy about it. Later that afternoon we return and went into our room. Room was clean. We had reserved a room with the balcony but they said it was no longer available when we returned. We also never received the bottle of wine that was advertised in the listing. When asked about it they said we will bring it to you and they never did. Asked 3 times and never forgot it. So don’t believe that. That shouldn’t be in the listing if they cannot complete what they are advertising. AC in the room was on but was only giving off hot air. "

"Roof top deck with a 360 view of the city was wonderful to return to after a full day of sightseeing ! Staff was most helpful in booking tours, airport shuttles and best suggestions in the area. Loved the modern mexican aesthetic of the hotel !"

"Unique and beautiful hotel in great location. The staff are friendly, professional, and careful. The hotel has beautiful spaces on different levels where one can relax. The included breakfast in my rate included coffee, fresh fruit with yogurt, delicious fresh bread, and my choice of many plates; egg dishes, pancakes, Mexican dishes. All this in a very beautiful space."

"As a US citizen, I thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities that the hotel had to offer. The staff was excellent. I bought a breakfast package and it was extremely nourishing. The hotel front desk assisted me with getting a cab therefore I felt very safe moving around the city. I will return."

"The rooms are a good size. Bathroom is spacious. Both were very clean. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. There's so much to do and see just steps away. We were there during spring break and it was quiet. We slept great. "

"Kind staff, roomy and practical suite, easy access by car from Querétaro, well-maintained gym. One star off for use of plastic bottles for drinking water. Mexico has a serious solid waste problem; hotels should provide drinking water on tap. Check-in: they had no rooms ready by 3:00 PM for some reason, which is their promised check-in time. Restaurant: For the second time, I ordered my meat medium rare and it arrived well done. I sent it back and they were nice about it and did it right the second time. Also, during the buffet brunch, they left dirty dishes accumulating on our table. "
