I stayed here for almost 1 month and never had a problem. I do not speak Spanish and everything seamed to work out just fine. The staff spoke some English and they some how knew my face and room number automatically. The cleaning crew kept the place spotless and my room was cleaned so well that i skipped cleanings 2 and sometimes 3 days at a time. I never in my life stayed in a hotel where they cleaned the rooms so well every single time. I looked for errors and never found one.I used 1 towel...
All of the staff were very friendly. Cleaning lady was the best. She made sure she checked in with us each day. She really treated us like family. The shuttle between the 3 resorts was very convenient. Overall really a great experience.
Loved my stay here! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and always restocked. Everytime we ordered room service they will be quick and polite. We enjoyed the adult pool and drinks. The only bad thing we’re the elevators they were out of service twice so it was a wait for only one elevator in use. Already have my stay booked for next year!
What I liked most was close to the beach and a really nice kitchen. Not many by the beach have a fridge and microwave and this was my favorite in Acapulco so far. Only a lap pool but I go there to be in the ocean and. close to the beach.
Es un gran hotel donde prácticamente no hay forma de gastar más, salvo el Spa. Están renovando elevadores y la alberca tiene mucho cloro, si playa es pequeña pero con muy poco oleaje lo que la hace muy cómoda, y no hay vendedores molestando, además de tener bar a pie de playa (entre otros)
