Everyone was super attentive shout out to all the staff that met me at karaoke at the dreams lobby bar, “Andres”, the ladies in the coffee shop the servers in Chardonnay, and the manager from 360 !. What I liked most about my stay was the safety.! No one is getting in n out of the elevators without a room card. N you can only use your card for your floor you can’t access two room floors at once. Since we walked into the lobby we were greated by the bell boy, and the person at the front desk in a very nice and warm way, checked in with no issues and was informed of the restaurant service, as well room service. The room was clean and fresh very well kept, you can tell the cleaning crew takes a lot of pride in what they do. Every employee that we encounter thru out the whole stay was nice, kind and very helpful. The pool area was clean and the water in tho pool sparkly, it closes at 9 pm...
