Although this hotel was a bit further from the centralized location for the great pyramid of Cholula (which was the main point staying here) I felt that out of many of the hotels I stayed in this trip, this was the best bang for the buck. The hotel staff was excellent. They were so kind and courteous. Edward and Jose are the evening staff and chef, and they always wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Gorgeous hotel, clean and friendly and helpful staff. The only note is they don't have fans or air conditioning in the rooms or screens on the windows. The weather was in the 70s when we went so it was pleasant.

We just had the best thme here. Everyone was so nice, the food was delicious, and sitting in the courtyard at night, drinking wine, was a magical experince as we were the only ones at the hotel. The rooftop is also an expansive space where you can relax in total peaceful bliss. The hotel is right by the pyramid with all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby. We fully plan to return!
The staff are the nicest people you could meet. We let them know we had a CAR ahead of time, so they held a parking space for us. Stayed here for two nights in May 2011. The hotel was great. Clean, comfortable, food was fantastic. Our room looked out onto an archaeological plaza and it was very peaceful. A former club Med and the hotel manager stated that they had big ideas for the place. (He even asked me to write a written review to submit to the corporate office.)
