The room was neat and clean. I was grateful for the coffeemaker, tea, coffee and water in room.
Breakfast was very good. Restaurant onsite serves great food. Dinner on the roof was excellent. Waiters served with honor.
Staff were extremely friendly and kind. Receptionists were courteous and received us with a great smile.
Shuttle to and from airports was efficient. Driver came to get us at 1:30am and seemed to be happy he received us.

From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. Security was in the parking lot to ensure the property was secure and people not staying at the hotel were escorted away. Perfect for one night stay between flights. The airport shuttle picked me up at KTM when I flew in from Pokhara and sent me to KTM at 5am the next day. The staffs were very friendly. My room was very clean.
Very well maintained property. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Only issue was at check-in. I had reserved a room for a half day as my flight left in the evening. I had my text message from the hotel stating it would be $50 extra which I agreed to. Lady at the desk had to see the text. Take a screen shot and make a phone call to get approval. Rest of the stay was fine.
Very nice resort like hotel, great food options, eating space, and rooms. A lot of great views from the mountain top and even from the hotel rooms with balcony's (you can see the sunrise with the mountains like Everest even from there)
Everything about it is what you would expect at a Marriott anywhere else in the world except for the concierge staff. The excellent concierge staff certainly justified the 5th star.
