We didn't have a whole lot of communication with the staff while we were there but they answered all of my questions prior to our trip and our room was always cleaned and restocked with water when we returned for the day! It was super convient too with the gs25 store right down stairs, bana tiger down the street and burnt Seoul across the street. Great location."
