"A little hard to work out how to walk to this hotel from the airport but once we got in we had enormous clean rooms with incredibly comfortable beds and efficient aircon - all fittings seemed very modern. Some things were a little odd (the doors needed a knack to open, which had obviously defeated enough people that the handles were loose). Breakfast was great - plenty of choice - and the staff were lovely."

"**PSA:** If you plan to use the hotel's airport shuttle, reserve it well in advance. I tried to arrange it on the day of my arrival, but my WhatsApp messages, emails, phone calls and texts all went unanswered. With no way to reach anyone, I had no choice but to pay for a taxi to the hotel. What was most frustrating was that I was never informed this additional step was required. When I arrived, I had to convince the staff that I hadn't received any notification before they finally offered to compensate me with breakfast. While I appreciated the gesture, it didn't make up for the unnecessary stress, extra expense, and poor first impression. This was a completely avoidable issue that could have been prevented with a simple email or a timely response to one of my many messages. It's unfortunate because it overshadowed what should have been a smooth arrival and left a sour taste from the very beginning of my stay."

"Wonderful experience. Staff were helpful and amazing, they helped me arrange trips outside the city. Rooms are spacious and clean. I tried breakfast three time and the food is top quality. The area around the hotel is safe and walkable with restaurants nearby. The hotel is 5-10 minute drive from the city center."
