The location is fantastic, within 30 minutes by train to Kansai Airport without any transfers. The rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast is free, and there's a large public bath. I've stayed here many times and am very satisfied overall. By the way, if you need to buy Amazon.jp packages, you can have them sent to the hotel in advance and they will receive them for you.
Convenient location, friendly staffs, has a free public hot and cold tub plus a sauna. The gym is decently equipped most hotels don't have a gym at all in Japan and in Asia in general. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.
I stay at this hotel every time I have a late flight into Osaka, and it is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is helpful no matter what time of day it is, and the breakfast buffet has a large variety of delicious food every time I stay.
I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rinku Town over the last two years and OMO is definitely the winner by far when it comes to comfort and friendly staff. During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town.
Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.
Very nice breakfast included with a bay view. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Free shuttle in the morning to KIX was also nice. Would definitely stay there again next time when visiting KIX
It a very nice no frills hotel; no fancy lobby or restaurant or bar. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable; almost too low for what you got. But note that even though it advertises an airport shuttle, it runs on a limited schedule, so check on that. Or plan to take the train, which is only one station from the airport. I would have had to wait over 3 hours for the next shuttle, so I hopped on the train. The hotel is just outside the train station.
Great location, short travel to USJ. Wonderful staff, everyone is so polite at the hotel. Most likely, I will stay here again when I visit USJ again, granted I wasn't able to use their onsen due to my tattoos.

We were traveling for a very special occasion, and the hotel sent us a special gift that consisted of three sets of chopsticks, cookies, and a voucher for a drink at their beautiful bar. This was very thoughtful, and we really appreciated it.
There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro.

Staff was very welcoming and gave us early check in which I really appreciated since we walked 20 minutes on the sun to arrive here. The room was clean, spacious; The hotel looked clean as well. There is some very faint train noise due to the location next to the tracks but it's not really that bad; The only note I have is that there's nothing going on in the area so you have to either take a taxi or walk to the station to get to places; Otherwise excellent.
