"Amazing experience in all aspects of our stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive, onsen experience was very enjoyable and the food choice/quality at dinner and breakfast was excellent. Our room with the open air bath was also brilliant. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Hakone in the future."

"My main purpose was to watch fire works without getting into crowds. We were in the 7th floor with the ocean view and it was great view of fireworks though there was one (small) block from the ocean. We had to make a noise complaint of one above us, assuming from a dog running around early in the morning but it was through AI text so don’t know if it did take care of it or talking to staff did. facility seems to be nice but they could do a better job of cleaning. Dust around the bed (bunk bed) and drainage in the sink in toilet bothered me. Other than being picky, it was great stay with free bar & snack (ends too early though), view, and daiyokujou, etc."

"We were a family of 4 and stayed for 2 nights. Spacious and comfortable room (make sure to get the rooms with a sea view - watching the fireworks from our balcony was amazing), good hotel amenities and the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Recommended"
