Great spot for vacationers. We just had to cross the street to reach multiple trains stations. Day trips to nara, kobe, the osaka aquarium etc. Room had plenty of accessories. Multiple restaurants just outside of the door. Had lawson, different conbini's all nearby. The hotel had a great view. Housekeeping was prompt, all very nice.

Greatly enjoyed my time in Osaka thanks to the Mitsui Garden hotel. The shuttle service from Osaka Station makes it very convenient and staff were very friendly. Communicating in English with staff was not a problem. They also have self check in and check out kiosk you can access.
In short it was perfect. Station right next door with none of the noise or heavy foot traffic and walking distance to many choices. And of course. Family mart next door was amazing. Great hotel! would definitely stay again.
The hotel is brand new and done to a very high standard. Staff are friendly and efficient. They perform their duties with minimal fuss and maximum effort. We loved the spa facilities and the breakfast buffet. Some reviews said there was a long line for the coffee machine - this wasn’t our experience. Particularly as there were two machines available for guests. The executive lounge was very relaxing and offered excellent value for money. All in all this was a near perfect stay. Kudos!
