"We had an amazing stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to D’Andre, our waiter, who truly went above and beyond to meet all of our needs — he was such a joy and made our experience even more memorable. The rooms were very clean, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and even though the weather wasn’t great, our stay was still incredible. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort"

"Everything was really good, me and my had a great time. I will say the entertainment wasn’t that good, and it was hard to find chairs in the shade near the pool or beach because people would get there early and leave towels/belongings on the chairs and then leave so nobody else could use it. That was beyond annoying. Outside of that the food was good, the staff was friendly. I’d go back for sure"

"This hotel stay was fabulous. The staff were super friendly and joyful in their approach. This was a contrast to other hotels ive been to. The hotel itself was top. Definitely a step up to the Rui in Ochi, but not ar Sandals level. We ate at the 4 a la cartes and they were all great. Our fave was the Asian. Great shows and bars. There is too much good stuff I can say. A special shout out to Faith on check-in, she was an absolute star and role model."

"FDR is a resort where families come back year after year. The staff is amazing and makes you feel at home. The food is great (especially for an all inclusive). The drinks are good (not cheap bad tasting alcohol). The kids have fun as they become friends with the other kids at the resort. And for the parents, it’s great to feel like you’re on vacation and not just parenting on vacation. The Nannie’s are a huge help. The rooms are very spacious with the kids having their own separate sleeping space and bathroom. The resort has remarkably recovered from Hurricane Melissa with the storm not impacting our stay at all. It was our second year in a row here. We love it (and so do our kids)!"

"Everything was great the staff extra great. The amenities was great for the price of the place and it is so beautiful peaceful and quiet. Very cozy and comfortable. It is a place where you can have wedding reception party with friends or just a quiet spot for you and your partner. I will be going back there soon I love this place and it's not too far for the beach within walking distance and if you don't feel like walking the taxi stand is right around the corner and you can get to the beach less than five mins. Food places all around and if you drink bars and night clubs are all around as well. This is a great spot don't wait Book Your Trip Now!"

"The best vacation I’ve had in years. Couples staff takes care of everything from the welcome right at the bus, to the way they get to know the guests. The room was clean and the amenities were unparalleled. I would recommend Couples resort to anyone who would here. Truly a magical experience."

"The address listed for this property is not correct. The room had the electrical panel off, exposing the wires. The room was not cleaned at all. The amenities list was not available, the entire property is rundown and not safe, considering this is a property dedicated to families. I spoke with the owner of the property and he was extremely unprofessional."
