"This hotel worked very well for our family. It is a bus ride away but easily accessible to central Naples. Nice room, bed comfortable , shower nice. If I go there again, I’d ask for a room in the back. "

"The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were very nice, clean, as were the facilities in general. Front desk staff were very friendly, thorough, and kind. The only detractor was the breakfast buffet. It looked to have been plenty perhaps early on, however there was a few empty spaces that were never replenished. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and fruit salad / selection was only bits remaining (not a full portion). Cutting board looked like it had fresh bread, but none left, and two other empty plates. I waited 45 minutes for replenishment but just went with what was there. I had been counting on breakfast, so it was a detractor. Otherwise, the beauty of the hills and neighbourhood would still encourage me to go back. "

"The rooms were really clean and the sheets looked like brand new . The staff was welcoming. They stored our luggage since we came early . We didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast since we left early in the morning for our flight. Overall good experience for the money you pay . They need to put some bed frames. "

"The welcome from the member of staff on site was very friendly, and we enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on the communal roof terrace. The apartment was clean and cool. However, there was some confusion about amenities in our apartment. We had booked it especially as the Hotels.com listing clearly showed a kitchen and cooking facilities for self-catering, but when we tried to cook, we found the cooker was not connected. The owner claimed that we had only paid for the room, and it would be an extra 20 euros for cooking facilities, but eventually agreed to switch the gas on when I explained that we had allergies and would not be able to eat otherwise. We were very appreciative of her kindness in this, but would suggest that the listing should be clearer about what is and isn't included in the price shown on Hotels.com."

"The bed sheets were not changed throughout my stay. I even left a lipstick mark on purpose to check, and the sheets were still not replaced. There was no shampoo provided initially — we had to request it. The building is very old, the shower is extremely small, and the internet connection was the worst I’ve experienced. Breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Overall, this was a poor experience. I would not return, nor would I recommend this place to others."
