The stay itself was fantastic. Great location, nice room with ocean view. Very clean and safe. The staff were so friendly and helpful and kind.
But the owner is a compete jerk. I feel bad for the staff. Please stay here and tip the staff and let the owner know he should treat them better. He is a total piece of sh*t
Kudos to the hotel staff and Paolo who have all treated us like royalty. It’s magical up here. We recommend using the hotel (paid) parking due to the steep incline if you walk up with your baggage.
This place was a wonderful surprise. First, although the location is a little ways from the town center, the hotel is right on the #11 bus line, so you can make it to the train station in about 15 min. Also, it is just minutes from the airport, which is fantastic.
The staff rocks, and the two ladies at the front desk were particularly helpful. All things considered, this hotel was a real gem
The staff was wonderful--- very friendly and helpful. Lots of smiles, even from house keeping. The hotel is simple with small rooms. Not an issue if you don't plan to spend much time in the room. Breakfast was kitty corner from the hotel and was very nice. Paid parking was a short walk from the hotel.
Excellent stay!!! The room was spacious and clean..Breakfast was amazing with a variety of options and wonderful staff…location was great, walkable to many restaurants.. Spa services was excellent ..Beach view was spectacular!! I would definitely recommend staying here when in Rimini 💯 . I felt comfortable as a female solo traveler.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. On site parking helped even if we had to pay for it. Great location, close to the beach with little shops and restaurants within walking distance.
