Hotel staff was very accommodating in keeping our luggage before we checked in and allowed us a 30min late check out as well. Great location with the Colosseo being a 15min walk and very close to main bus stops."

Don't listen to the people who gave one star I read a bunch of those and was discouraged when we got to the property I realized they were just a bunch of complaining Karen's. Everything was perfect"

"Staff was exceptionally helpful, and kind. Breakfast had lots of options, and overall was delicious. My only complaint would be with the coffee. I ordered an americano and the brought a big pot full of coffee. It was weak and didn’t have the same bite (it might be better to just make a cup). The location was ideal for being in the heart of things. With a stocked fridge which was all complimentary, including a little bottle of prosecco!"
