This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. Elena & Monika are exceptional hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were visiting family friends. Upon arrival (which was after 20.00) we were personally greeted by Elena who assisted us with bags & offered to prepare the hot tub for us to relax after a long drive. She also recommended a few great restaurants that were still open & knew Elena so they offered us a discount!...
A uniquely designed villa, David Hockney inspired ( bright colors flow with music). So clean that I thought we were the first users ( turns out it was reconstructed 5 years ago).
We had to leave very early ( 7:15) for our flight, so the owner woke up very early to serve us the excellent breakfast. Glad we didn’t miss it. It was delicious

Cute old hotel in close walking relation to the train station, many restaurants and the castle. The hotel is old and it shows but that is what we were expecting in this quaint town outside of Rome. The staff are so very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was fresh and good. Well worth the nominal charge for the night.

Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. We picked this hotel because we had both a wine tasting event and a dinner with friends close to the hotel. This was our first visit. What we found was a very clean, modern and easy to reach by car hotel. It is located within a 10 minute cab ride to some great restaurants and evening fun spots in Roma too. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a reasonably price excellent hotel just outside the center of Roma
I booked this hotel last minute and was thrilled with my selection. The staff was helpful, kind and eager to assist us. Giorgio, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. The hotel is lovely and we appreciated the complimentary phone for use while staying at the property. The location was great, within walking distance of most of the beautiful Roman sites, and lots of delicious local restaurants nearby.A true gem and we hope to visit there again!
This is my third time in Hotel Chapter, so it is excellent choice in terms of location, staff, and amenities. It is better than what it advertised to be. So yea I highly recommend it! Did I mention that all the staff, literally in all shifts and everywhere in the hotel are amazing?
