"Excellent, safe, and convenient location. 5 min walk to the tower and 15 mins to train station. But staff were unhelpful and extremely unfriendly. Hotel is very poorly maintained. Reception area was messy, full of junk, untidy, and shares space with restaurant kitchen open to reception area/lobby. A very unpleasant experience."
