We spent the night here to catch our cruise the next day. It’s just down the block from the Civitavecchia train stop. It’s about a 10minutes walk to catch the free shuttle to the port. Please don’t judge the outside of the place because it is beautiful inside! The host is very responsive too. I would definitely come back again!
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. We had to leave very early ( 7:15) for our flight, so the owner woke up very early to serve us the excellent breakfast. Glad we didn’t miss it. It was delicious
This is a small property with only 4 rooms. We have stayed here twice and always in room 2. It is small, but well equipped and comfortable. It has AC and a nice shower. Room 3 looks a lot bigger. They have lots of snacks and packaged products for breakfast. Anna and her people arrange for transportation for us from the airport and are right there to meet you when we arrive. It is an easy walk downhill to the bus that takes you to the cruise ship. There is a train that runs by the building...
We were picked up on time by the hotel and the driver was great. The restaurant was also wonderful. We were taken to the ship for our cruise and then 14 days later picked up, same driver. Over all the hotel was wonderful and would stay there again.
Everything about this property is great! Simone was great and was able to answer and accommodate all of my needs and requests. The Family room was very spacious and extremely clean! The location is great! It is in the heart of Civitavecchia and I was able to walk to everywhere where I needed to go. Area was very safe and the hotel was safe as well! We were totally delighted with our stay—everything was perfect. But the best part was the warmth and care that the mother and son give to their guests. They arranged our pickup from Rome Airport and when we arrived the son was there to greet us and carry our bags, show us the guesthouse and our room that had a balcony overlooking the promenade and sea. This hotel Is perfect for taking a cruise. It is a 2 minute walk to the cruise port entrance. Luca greeted us when we checked in and arranged dinner reservations and was there to say goodbye in the morning. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, new, and comfortable. A/C works great!

Ana’s House was incredible! The space was very comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally clean. You can tell the property is very well taken care of, and it offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
It’s located on the third floor, but thankfully there is an elevator, which was very convenient since we had heavy luggage. The location was also perfect—just one block from the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants.
