The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.
I stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. The room was clean and comfortable and air conditioned. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The breakfast was five star every morning and the servers were great. Even the wifi was strong. There is a great food place across the street and a grocery store and a train stop to downtown is right there as well. This is a great little gem on the outside of town and worth it! I will stay here again in May when I return.

Very Clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for advice. Breakfast was included and there was a nice offering. I was going on a cruise and the port was only a 5 min drive away. I had the single room which was small but perfect for me. Nice size bathroom. Had a balcony as well. I would defiantly stay here again!
Hotel Amenities, Cleanliness, Service and Food (Breakfast) was absolute top notch. Room had built in audio system, power curtains and blinds which was refreshing. Shower stall in the bathroom was small, you could not properly shower without pushing shower door opening, causing water puddle.
Area of the hotel location is ok, not dangerous but alright. To us it felt like hotel was super nice to be in ok neighborhood.

The hotel staff were wonderful, offering suggestions about the local attractions. You get the real feel of Naples walking the small streets of Quartiere Spagnoli. Will definitely stay at Il Convento on our next trip to Naples.

Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. I stayed here for one night and found this hotel by accident. It's clean, modern, has a great view, and is in a great location. My room has a view of the water. The rooms are on the first floor of the building so it can be noisy sometimes. Each room has a different movie or celebrity name. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. Fabulous luxurious place right near Garibaldi train station. Beautiful pool and bar on the rooftop and attentive service. Breakfast was also wonderful with a large selection of items to choose from. As long as the price is right, I will return as a repeat guest.

I became very sick while there. I don't know what I would have done if not for the hotel staff they were very concerned and even called the doctor for me and went to the pharmacy and got medicine for me. The room service staff took good care of me check in on me regularly to make sure I had food and water. I can't recommend them enough. Their kindness was amazing. If that had been in the USA I'd be sunk. A beautiful place with wonderful people
