The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.

They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes. Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!

This hotel was so perfect for our one night in Napoli before flying home. It was super clean and comfortable. They provided ear plugs although noise wasn’t an issue for us! I believe a taxi from the port was around 38 euro and took about 20 minutes. We walked into the city and did all of the things we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this hotel. We went here for our honeymoon and loved every minute. The staff left a bottle of champagne in the room as a welcome and accommodated our request for a higher level room and queen bed. The location is great.
