This is an amazing hotel that is run by even more amazing people! The view is unbelievable and the food was the best I had on my trip through Italy. The room was spacious and everything was new.
Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room. The hotel is beautiful and appears to be pretty new. Our friends who live here say it is one if only two five star hotels in the area. It has a very new design and almost everything is white. It must be a nightmare to keep clean and that is one criticism my wife and her cousin had. They said there was a persistent smell of Clorox (bleach) or chlorine that was too strong and unpleasant. Room was very clean with no defects. Pool was wonderful! My wife enjoyed it very much. Private beach with umbrella and lounge chairs was terrific (note there’s a small rental fee). Wonderful breakfast and lots of restaurants in walking distance. A/C was great in room. Staff very friendly.
