The hotel is small and exceptionally well managed by the owners Francisco and Frederica Stefanie, who are true service people who do their job with a smile and always a kind word. They work hard and are always available to make your stay a good one. The front desk person, Sylvia, helped me in ways words cannot express. My passport and license was kept by Alamo at Malpensa. This was one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. Although small, the rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable and the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It is also a beautiful Italian town.

And the hotel has BEAUTIFUL view, so my asked for an upper level floor, and they agrred to upgrade us for FREE!

I stayed here for two nights in December at the start of the ski season and this hotel was wonderful. Walking distance to the ski lifts was a huge plus for us. The rooms were clean and exactly what we hoped for. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.
Abbiamo trascorso un weekend stupendo in questo hotel. La Spa è davvero bella, con la zona adulti che permette di rilassarsi in tutta tranquillità. Il ristorante è davvero ottimo, sia la cena che la colazione sono state di grande qualità. Il personale è davvero gentile ed anche il proprietario della struttura si è presentato ed è stato piacevole scambiare due chiacchiere. Ci torneremo presto sicuramente!

This was a great hotel to stay at as an Xterra Games athlete. Close to everything down in the athlete village, but then in town as well. Perfect location. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent!
