The staff was very kind, professional, friendly, and accommodating. Right out of a Tuscan rom-com, the hotel has a beautiful entry and garden and is in a gorgeous Tuscan setting. Ask for the room with the patio. It was great for morning coffee.
The town of Castel del Piano was lively with locals in the piazza and shop keepers sweeping to make clean and welcoming store fronts.
It was a beautiful experience in a lovely part of the countryside. The natural volcanic spring was amazing! The only negative aspect of the experience was dealing with the day shift host. We were asking about the different ways to get to the natural spring falls and he was acting like we were wasting his time. A complete 180 from the woman who helped us on the evening, Francesca. She was lovely.
This whole place is wonderful and we cannot wait to return again. We had been traveling around many cities around Italy so the quiet and beautiful location and apartment with all you need is just what we needed. Many bottles of wine purchased from the reception and the service and friendliness of the staff there really made us feel welcome. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful agriturismo! The location is fantastic, very close to the hot springs, which made it incredibly convenient. The breakfast had an amazing selection with plenty of delicious choices, and the restaurant food was very good as well. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful, beautiful property! The rooms are immaculate and nicely decorated. Breakfast is bountiful with wonderful homemade tarts, breads, frittatas. Do not miss dining in the restaurant for dinner. We had several dinners among the best of our 3 week trip to Italy. The staff is very professional, friendly and passionate about their job. Thank you Vito and Caterina for going above and beyond expectations and making our stay one I will never forget. We are already planning our return.
This was an excellent find. We had an awesome time here. The hotel was very quaint. It's in a wonderful little town. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. The food in their restaurant was delicious. All the local people treated us like family. We can't wait to go back. It was a beautiful area, well work the drive.
The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was sumptuous. The pool was as warm as a bath. My only objection was that sometimes the pool would turn Trump reflecting pool green. However, the hotel would empty the pool and clean it. The view from the hotel, like much of Tuscany, was amazing. The bathroom in our room was large and the best I have experienced in any European hotel.
I would definitely go back and stay longer in this region and hotel. Very lovely secluded location with vineyard and olive grove onsite. The bed was fantastic and we slept with the windows open and the sounds of the countryside lulling us asleep. Beautiful. Montalcino is a quaint little town that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Real Gem in Italy. Exceptional service, indescribable views, place really taken care of... You feel the owners touch in every corner. Breakfast was perfect, a lot to choose from. Really anything you can ever ask for. I am from New York and pretty spoiled with food. But this hotel serves solid quality and delishes food.

This was the most amazing place to stay! This was our favorite stop on a 30-day trip to Greece, Italy and Switzerland. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Our room had a Turkish Bath - what a fun experience. We were a couple of weeks in to our vacation, and we were ready for some down time.
