Enjoyed our 3 day stay here. We had an issue with the shower drain backing up and reported it. A maintenance person was sent and, although the drain worked better, it was still not draining as it should. We reported it once more and they mentioned they had no service people on that day, but the service manager, Paval, showed up (in a suit), took his suit jacket off and started working on it. He fixed it. We were very pleased with the service we received.
Gleeson's Townhouse & Restaurant was the highlight of hotels (12) during a three weeks trip in Ireland. We were met with tea and scones (my ones favorite of the trip).
