New or newly renovated. Very courteous staff. Room was spacious compared to other hotels we stayed during our France trip. Good base of operations if you plan to drive around amd visit all the Alps towns like Chamonix

This isn't a 5-star hotel in Megeve. Set your expectations accordingly. But, overall, we had a wonderful stay. Very clean room. Soft mattress. Very friendly staff. And a very reasonable price. Would gladly stay again.
